Preferred Zero Trans Fat Clear is a soybean oil that is bleached and deodorized.  This frying oil has additives for use in shortening applications and it also includes TBHQ for added stability and silicones for reduced foaming.

This oil needs to be stored at 65-75°F in a dry, odor-free space.  It should also be used within 12 months of its manufacture date.

Preferred Creamy Soy

Preferred Creamy Soy oil is made up of fully and partially hydrogenated ZT soybean oils and it is highly suitable for frying.  This oil is stable, and its creamy texture at room temperature makes it easy to handle.  It is also considered non-allergenic and GMO free because it does not contain proteinaceous materials and it is refined, bleached, and deodorized.

Preferred Creamy Soy oil should be stored at 65-75°F in a dry, odor-free environment.  It is best used within 12 months of its manufacture date.

Preferred Corn Oil

Preferred corn oil is considered the finest cooking oil available because it has been refined, bleached, de-waxed (winterized), and deodorized (RBWD).  Corn oil can be used in many food systems and applications because it has excellent stability and flavor characteristics.  Many prefer corn oil for its nutritional value because it is high in polyunsaturated fatty acids as opposed to saturated fats like many other oils.  Corn oil is also considered non-allergenic and it is free of GMOs and proteinaceous compounds.

Corn oil should be stored between 65 and 75°F in an area that is dry and odor-free.  It should be used within 9 months of the manufacture date.

Preferred Zero Trans Clear Canola

Preferred Zero Trans Clear Canola is a canola oil blend that is refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD).  This oil contains additives that help with its stability and it is around 6% saturated fat which is the lowest level of saturated fat in commercially available vegetable oils.  Canola oil is also considered non-allergenic.

Preferred Zero Trans Clear Canola should be stored in a dry and odor-free area.  It should be used within 12 months of the manufacture date.

Preferred Canola LS

Preferred Canola LS is a blend of RBD canola oil and refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD) partially hydrogenated canola oil.  This oil is healthier than other oils and it is one of the best oils for frying, producing results that are matched only by premium liquid shortenings.  RBD canola oil is considered non-allergenic and it is free of GMOs and proteinaceous materials.

Preferred Canola LS should be stored between 65 and 75°F in a dry and odor-free space.  It should be used within 12 months of its manufacture date.
